Park City Group/ReposiTrak is seeking current or former retail merchants or category managers to join our team as a Partner, helping retailers and their suppliers deploy our solutions to sell more, reduce expense, source smarter and improve quality and risk management.

Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives in customer organizations, in support of account health and expansion
- Serve as a subject matter expert to lead and teach customers how to address big retail challenges using ReposiTrak solutions
- Work with the CEO to optimize a systematic approach to account strategy leading to expanded use of our solutions
- Marshal cross-functional resources for effective account-level execution
- Identify and develop customer needs via strategically planned conversations and presentations, and position our solutions as critical to customer success
- Develop detailed proposals and quotes
- Lead negotiations that result in profitable contracts and growth
Requirements
Knowledge:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Deep understanding of retail merchandising, sourcing, store operations and the drivers of retailer P&L
- Knowledge of macro industry trends and the challenges/opportunities they create for retailers and wholesalers
- Knowledge of DSD to retail a plus
- Knowledge of Bakery, Dairy or Beverage supply chain desirable
- Experience using SaaS solutions in a retail environment
- Aptitude toward the application of technology and automation to solve problems
- Influence among a network of industry contacts
